Sitting in a blind tasting class, I was poured a glass of something I’d never tasted before. I guess about 3 wrong varietals (Grüner from Austria or NZ Sauv B, anyone?) before being told it was Chardonnay. A Slovakian Chardonnay, to be exact. From the minds and hands of Zsolt Sütö of Strekov 1075 and Peter Šroner, this is a STUNNING glass of wine to share with friends.
