Not one but TWO New Year's Eve Parties!
come give 2025 the finger with us.
Hi, friends.
Thanks to everyone who joined us for Abbondanza and Tintos y Tamales yesterday (extra points for those of you who came to both). We had a lot of fun, drank a lot of very good wine, and ate a lot of tamales and/or cheese, depending which party we’re talking about. It feels good to lean into the season.
While we used to shy away from hosting multiple events on the same night, I’m coming around to saying, “Fuck it.” Each of our spaces truly offers something different, and life is, you know, short. And so, on what’s a personal favorite holiday of mine, we’re throwing not one, but two New Year’s Eve parties for you. Fuck it.
THE DEAR ANNIE HOUSE PARTY
Your pre-midnight plans just got hotter.
Throw down with us before heading to the next party (or just back home) for the ball drop. We’re filling your cups with Champagne, your bellies with beautiful food, and your hearts with joy in a 3-hour fête designed to delight. Buckets of wine, trays of oysters, and a Mediterranean-inspired menu is in your future—along with party favors and a cute little goodie bag to help you celebrate at midnight, wherever you’ll ring in 2026. Come one, come all—there will be name tags, there will be new friends, and it promises to be a night to remember.
This is one of our most beloved events, and we’ve already sold a few seats! Tickets include a multi-course, family-style, dinner-party-inspired menu. Many very good wines will be open. Reserve your space via Resy!
CHAMPAGNE BAR AT REBEL REBEL
Say goodbye to 2025 with the best of the best—Champagne and us. Our annual celebration of all things sparkling promises to be yet another raucous ringing in of what has to be a better year.
Dress to impress and get ready to toast to new beginnings with an all-sparkling wine list, Island Creek caviar, Champagne porrón pours, and a late-night surprise :) We’re your midnight hang every other night of the year—why not make it extra special?
Your ticket includes either a Champagne porrón pour OR an Island Creek White Sturgeon caviar bump. Most important, it helps us plan how much Champagne to chill. Tickets are valid all evening; come when you want, leave when you want. Head over after Dear Annie if you want to earn our love and admiration.
RSVP and we’ll see you at midnight!
OTHER THINGS
A reminder that I’m teaching CHAMPAGNE DREAMS at Wild Child next Thursday! We also have our annual collection drive for the YWCA women and family shelters coming up at the end of the month, so start setting aside any gently used clothing and well-intended-but-undesired gifts that fall into the toiletry/hygiene/winter gear/baby wear categories! Last year was our biggest collection yet, and I’m determined to beat it (I’m nothing if not a competitive Capricorn, even for a good cause).
That’s all for now! See you out there.
XOXO,
L

Love the dual party setup! The Tintos y Tamales concept sounds amzing because wine pairings with tamales dont get enough attention. I actully tried a similar combo at a popup last year and the corn flavors in tamales work surprisingly well with lighter reds. The caviar bump at Rebel Rebel is a nice touch too.
