“So it’s like saké?,” guests often ask. Nope! Korean rice wine is a white, cloudy, aromatic beverage that we’ve loved tasting customers at the bar. Thanks to the incredibly cool Brooklyn-based producer Hana Makgeolli, we’ve been able to learn, teach, and experience the beautiful world of these brews.
