What We’re Eating:
Speaking of jamz, the sun is starting to shine more than once a month. Spring is creeping in. Produce is giving “the more, the merrier.” It’s time to get ready to get some use of those tiny glass jars you’ve been saving for a rainy day and make some jam! Strawberry-rhubarb jam, to be exact, since it’s almost that season (THE UNION SQUARE FARMER’S MARKET KICKS OFF 5/11!). Stash them in the fridge or gift them to your friends to celebrate the welcoming of warmer weather. Here’s a recipe for David Lebovitz’s strawberry-rhubarb jam.
